Trip 10 - Outer Indochina
22 January 2006 to 26 February 2006
I woke up one morning in the fall and was in the mood for pho (Vietnamese
beef-noodle soup) - and then the New York winter hit and I was ready for some
heat. And with that, a trip was born. I'm calling it "Outer Indochina"
because I omitted the more central countries (Laos and Thailand), focusing
instead on Cambodia, Vietnam, and Myanmar.
